I have put complaint after complaint on Hellopeter about the same thing: mtn giving me a bill which doesn't make sense. How in 8 hours of internet usage, mostly of which was on my cell phone connected to the wifi, did I use up almost 5 gig's of data??? I have been told they understand my frustrations of no one getting back to me and someone will get back to me, yet I have still heard NOTHING!!! My husband just had the same email forwarded to him which DOESN"T explain or answer anything. I will continue to complain about mtn on here until they resolve this issue. If anyone just searched mtn on hellopeter they would find quite a few complaints about the same thing I'm complaining about. Mtn has become too big to care about customer service, but if they carry on this way, they'll soon find out how important it is when they start loosing customers and become smaller. I know I'm going to cancell ALL of my contracts with them one by one as they expire and take my business somewhere where it's appreciated.
