Mr Delivery Express Destroying [URL Removed] image

I have ordered from [URL Removed] before without any problems. But yesterday I received a call from Mr Delivery Extreme saying they have my parcel and would like to drop it off by 7PM last night. So I arranged for someone to be on the premises to collect, but the courier was a no-show. This morning, in an attempt to call them, I googled "mr delivery express" and the first thing that came up was a hellopeter complaint about their service. So I read it and then proceeded to call them, only to find out that the exact thing in the hellopeter complaint (https:///take2takealot/complaints/pathetic-service-mr-delivery-express-969645) is what happened to me, the driver simply said there was no one home, when there were 4 people here at the time. What worries me more is that [URL Removed] replied to the complaint saying they have taken it up with the courier to make sure this doesn't happen again, and it did. This company is ruining [URL Removed] good image, and actually making them lose business. Myself and family members have been ordering from [URL Removed] for over 2 years now, but if this is going to be the issue every time, I'd rather take business somewhere else.
