I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter on 2 May regarding Cell C wrongly billing for data usage and then claiming that it was correct.

I got an email from Blanche Opperman stating that he will escalate this claim to the IT department. Well now Blanche, don't you think this was done before. If he had read my complaint he would've known that I am way passed off and then only offer me a silly answer.

I have emailed him twice in the past 5 days but heard nothing back on the matter.

This just goes to show that Cell C does not care about their customers! I think this needs to go to the press or maybe I will have my lawyer phone them... This is so frustrating as they are quick to bill you wrongly, debit the money and then not respond on any queries. Great business model!
