Over 5 working days, number still not PORTED!!!

After my account (on a company contract, business account) was finally approved last week Tuesday/Wednesday (see last complaint), I have been waiting for my number to be ported! When I was very unhappy on Friday when they told me it still hasn't been done the guy at the store said that I will have my phone latest Tuesday, (today 26/03), I phone the store this morning and they tell me it still hasn't been done, and they were going to re-process it. Can you believe it?! This is beyond shocking...
What does it take to port a number??? Is this kind of service normal? Your site says "could take place the evening of that same day" instead it has been over 5 working days already...
