The worst, most disgusting customer service ever!

This has been my experience at Altech Autopage approaching a time frame of 5 weeks: I was in Autopage to arrange an upgrade of my contract about 5 weeks ago. Firstly, I only received my phone on the 25th of January (6 working days later than anticipated) after being told it would take up to 10 working days maximum. Secondly, I was told by an employee that my SIM Card would be ported within 2 working days. Two weeks later, all that had resulted from this was my BIS being disconnected and my iPhone nano sim card not being activated. Within an hour of this happening, I went into the store where I dealt with a trainee who informed me that it had, in fact, not been ported. The store manager then assured me that she would deal with the problem immediately and that I could turn my phone off and within half an hour I could turn it on and it would be working. It is now a week later and the problem still hasn't been sorted out. I find this completely disgusting. I would not recommend Autopage to anyone, ever. The latest is that my nano sim should be active by tomorrow morning, hence, MORE WAITING! All this inconvenience and not to mention the horrible attitude towards me during the process!
