Yesterday morning around 9:30, I logged an online call for a faulty telephone line. I was unable to receive or make any calls. Shortly thereafter I received a reference number via sms. A technician came to my home within a few hours.
My phone was fixed by lunch time.
I would like to thank Telkom for the great service and for being so efficient!
