I joined Cell C 14/03/2013 with Devesh at Sandton City. The phone I received (iPhone5) had an issue with the battery-was going flat after 4-6 Hours with minimal usage& bad signal. The Branch told me I had to send it in for an assessment they would not replace it even though it was only 1 working day later. I called the customer care line&was told they HAVE to replace it. I was told to go to the store&call customer care if I had issues. Upon arriving I was told they won't replace. Told them its fine in terms of CPA I want my contract cancelled immediately. I was very soon offered a replacement after asking for a cancellation. I refused it as the service I have received to date has been nothing but disgusting. I sent an email to CC requesting the cancellation-all done on the 19/03.To date have not received a response to the email, only an automated reply saying that someone will contact me within 24-48 hours (5 working days later&nothing). I filled out a cancellation in store. I was told I would have a reference the following day. Every time (4-5 times daily) I call the store I either get the phone put down or told no feedback. CC says no cancellation received. No one has contacted me one week later.
