MTN THE MOST PATHETIC IN SOUTH AFRICA...!!!

My husband;s cellphone contract has expired, after Mtn phoned us numerous times we decided to upgrade his phone. they told us that they don;t have stock of the nokia that he wanted. then they phoned to tellus that the phone has been recalled. i phoned nokia headoffice who doesn't know about any phone being recalled. mtn promised to sort it out and get back to us. it is now 2 weeks later, with no phone call and no upgrade. they promise to sent emails which they don't. they care nothing about their clients, they don;t know what service is and is totally totally pathetic. they phoned us to upgrade, if you phone the call centre their agents is arogant and you have to listen for how long to a idiotic message over and over and over again. i am with vodacom, have never had a problem with them and are taking my husband and all my clients over to vodacom..MTN IS INCOMPETENT, USELESS AND THEIR STAFF IS AROGANT!!!
