Worst service eve

This is the second time i am reporting this same issue, of no signal at my house, every time i report it to Vodacom i am told it has been handed over to the networking devision and that the networking team has tried to get hold of me, i had on missed call about three weeks ago the phone rang for about 4 seconds and stopped, if this is the extent of there attemt to contact me i dont know, if i try contact some one i try several times, not just the once, at the rate this is going the contracts will be up for renewal before anything is done, the new vodacom advert on the TV is a joke with Errol trying to get away from his wifes calls, all he needs to do is come visit me in queensburgh and he will be safe he does not have to travel like in the Ad i just hope Vodacom come to the party soon as this is driving my wife and myself totally insane
