Phone STILL not working!

In May 2012 I signed a contract with Cell C for a Samsung Galaxy S2 for my wife. 4 months down the line the phone started to experience problem. It would hang for no reason and you have to remove the battery, it wouldn't charge, my wife could not send or receive MMSe etc. Twice we went to the Menlyn branch to try and sort out the MMSe and both times they said they don't know why it doesn't work, but that the system shows she can receive MMSe. What service is that!?! It doesn't work! Fix it!

In September 2012 I took the phone in for repair - the standard "7 to 21 working days for all queries" I was told again. 3 weeks later we received the phone back, it seems to be more stable, but the battery problem and MMSe problem was still there. Back for repair at the beginning of December and only received the phone back on the 8th of January. Battery charging seems to be ok, but still no MMSe!!! A week later, the phone starts to hang up again and one has to remove the battery!

This is unacceptable. Please just give us a new phone as we can't carry on like this. I left Vodacom to take up the good deal offered by Cell C, but now I am starting to regret it!
