To whom it may concern
It is now more than a month Ms Shiyaam Jakoet; and I'm still waiting on the escalation feedback which you promised in front of your colleague (that's more than 2weeks now)... Just to refresh your memory; you said you could note mail it to me because all the info was on your laptop, which you left at home and that you would do it the following day. The second thing is that you said you don't get this Laptop model with an icore processor spec, but it is not entirely true... and it can't take you two weeks and still no one pick up that there is a mistake... o&oe clause does not constitute cover that is timeless... it must be reasonable & fair though and two weeks aren't reasonable... What is irking me though is the fact that you do not reply in writing... and you can't give me the name of your senior who made the decision that they won't listen to my query... because as the customer I do have that right. To your seniors: It is hard to believe, but if it is the case that your storemanager has to go home to retrieve info from her laptop and can't do it from her office then there is a serious problem with service delivery... it is unethical to say the least!
