Pathetic!

I recently upgraded my mtn contract to a anytime 200, and added an additional 300mb monthly data bundle. I also added a R50 threshold should I go over my included minute/data bundles. I received my 500mb of data on the 17th October 2013 (as I do every month). On the 20th I received several sms's that my my threshold of R50 has been exceeded and that my account is now R125.44. How is this possible if I have a threshold softbar of R50 set? I immediately checked my balance on *141# and it claimed that my data was more the 500mb left. I rarely phone from my phone so i didnt even worry that it could be call costs. Then my phone was blocked. I phoned Autopage who said that it was balances which I went over in the previous period. How is it possible that I went over my data balance if I have more than 500mb left and only receive 500mb per month? After asking them to move my softbar to R200, my phone was unblocked but I was now not able to check my balances. On Friday 22nd October, my phone was blocked again!!! I phoned again and the consultant claimed that I still have bundle balances remaining. WHY AM I BEING BILLED!!! AND WHY IS MY PHONE BEING BLOCKED? This is absolutely pathetic!
