Yesterday I received an sms from virgin mobile saying "Your direct debit has been rejected please note that your line will be locked if no payment is received, please call 129" which I did after holding for almost 8 minutes I gave up, my time is precious, this is the 4th time I am complaining about this exact same thing, first time around they changed my account to cash meaning I had to go into a branch to pay after I stated on my contract debit order deduction date the 1st of each month. They changed it for me to the first, I had problems again I phoned them again and they assured me my debit order date was changed to the 1st of each month, now I am yet again receiving sms's about debit orders being rejected, how many times should I ask them to make the debit order date the FIRST OF EACH MONTH. I only get my salary on the 26th so if you try to deduct on the 24th there will OBVIOUSLY be no money in my bank??? Sort this out I am truly getting so sick of this network, after this contract I AM NEVER EVER RETURNING, rather stick to vodacom
