No delivery of order place more than a month ago

I placed an order for an broadband internet line more than a moth ago. They still didn't show up to come and install the line. And every time i call Telkom to find out what is happening to my order they just tell me the people is working on it. It is been more than a month now and i think this service is highly unprofessional and not acceptable.
