Cell C
Billed without my knowledge for 18 months

I took out a cell c contract in August 2011. Unknown to me, there was two contracts opened. Because the contract was for fifty rand a month I did not notice the debit order. However over 18 months it has added up to nine hundred rands. I have tried all options to recover the money but keep getting passed from one department to another at Cell C complaints. My final try got me a ref. no. R3013102944 whereby I was supposed to be contacted the same day. No phone call has been received even 24 hours later.
