Incompetent and rude!!!

Called the Call centre on several occasions to try to sort out an account. All they do is either drop the phone in your ear, give you reference numbers and don't do anything so you have to call back AGAIN and AGAIN or just transfer you from pillar to post. I want someone senior to call me and sort out this matter once and for all. I can't keep wasting my time calling in and no one assists. Let's see if something is finally done to rectify our problem, maybe we will get the CUSTOMER SERVICE we deserve.
