Not able to Receive NEOTEL SMS

I have not been able to receive SMS on my handset (Neotel K203) Since February 2013. I have called the Neotel Contact Centre to report the matter and all the agents I have spoken to tell me that they have escalated the matter to their networks department and the only response they received was that I need to clear my messages on the handset which I had already done by the time I logged the matter with them. I am a technical person by profession and have gone to the lengths of resetting the handset in an effort to fix the problem but to no luck. I have now received 5 reference numbers and still no solution from Neotel. I was told by an agent Daniel that since they are an inbound call centre they cannot call me back and I will have to keep calling to check the status of the matter. My frustration is that With all the reference numbers that I have been given there is still no solution even after being assured that the matter has been escalated. I am starting to think that maybe because I am a prepaid customer I am not as important as a postpaid customer or that I am not taken seriously by Neotel.
