Double debits off my account

I have been charged twice every month for roadside assistant fee which should have gone off ONCE off my account since i have signed up for roadside assistance.i tried calling the call centers and have been transfered to different people over 8 TIMES ON 5 DIFFERENT NUMBERS!!! no one wants to help with this & it is very frustrating! it is a small amount but its the principle of the matter.
please sort this out ASAP as i have spent almost 1 hour on the phone trying to sort it out to no avail. surely they should have one number for this and not tranfer me from pillar to post!!!
