Line faulty for 2 weeks

On 01/11/2013 we reported a faulty line, Ref nr: 538CTK011113. We waited for any feedback but received nothing. So I phoned them the following week Tuesday and they told me that there is other faults they have to attend to first. On 6/11/2013 I received another sms stating that my fault is in hand with the Technical repair division. 08/11/2013 I phoned again and they told me there is a cable fault and that are busy fixing it. On 11/11/2013 I phoned again and they told me that they fixed the cable but then they found out that there is a problem at the exchange. 12/11/2013 I received another sms stating that they have concluded the investigations and the cable will be replaced. It also said the restoration of my service is targeted for 13/11/2013. Today the line is still faulty, so I phoned again and they told me that they Technicians are still busy, so I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then I hung up. It looks like they either don't know what they are doing or they are making up excuses.
