New subscriber received pathetic service

I signed up for the Cell C Iphone 5 special for R399 per month in early January 2013. It is now 3 months later and I have not received my phone. I followed up with the store on more than 1 occasion and was simply told that they have no idea when I will be receiving my phone. I received no communication or apologies regarding the delay. I was finally fed up and went into the store today (25/03/2013) and spoke to the manager. I was astounded by the response which I received. I was told that many people are waiting and I would just have to wait like everyone else and that they cant tell me when I will get my phone. Not once did I receive any apology for the inconvenience and it was very clear to me that Cell C does not value me as a customer. I am shocked and appalled by the complete lack of customer service, surely 3 months is more than enough time to wait!
I then contacted 3 other networks, all of whom are able to give me the phone in 3 days!
I hope that other people wont we taken for a ride by Cell C like I have been. They made empty promises and treated me extremely poorly.
