Autopage once again demonstartes shoddy service

I have had a contract with Autopage Cellular for over 10 years but I have now decided due to frequent instances of shoddy service I have experienced over the years (on each of these occasions I have used their site to contact them and not once have I ever had the courtesy of a response) not to renew my contract. My contract expires on 4th June but I am told that because I wish to retain my number and use prepaid I have to pay for the entire month of June, in other words forcing me into a 25 month contract & not the 24 month contract for which I signed. Surely this is a flagrant abuse of my consumer rights? I am hoping writing to Hellopeter.com will finally illicit some response from the usual unresponsive Autopage.
