I am extremely dissapointed with the pathetic sece from autopage!!! I. Have a contract with autopage which I pay R278 a month I receive R200 airtime a month! this contract was due to officially end today the 16 JUne-i called Autopage a month ago to remind them that I do not want to extend my contract and to confirm with them which month would be the last month that I will be debited R278-i was told. Call the cancellation department WHICH I DID! spoke to an who was more concerned in why. Did not wnt to continue my contract-neway I explained why and specifically asked hime when my contract will end-this I what I was told! The last month which my account will be debited is May-any airtime that remains in my account will expire by the 15 of June and there after I will have no contract!!! I asked him for a ref number and he told me he was unable to provide me with one but assured me that the comtract will be ended!!! today is the 16 JUne and I check my airtime balance and see that I was credited with R200 airtime that oviously means I will be debited with R278 in June and the contract isn't cancelled!!! This is! -if I am debited I will contact the CPA as this is!!!
