Delay with application

On the 8 March I called Cell C Direct to apply for the 500MB data bundle with the speed stick. I spend 45 minutes on the phone going through the agent with the application and agreement. I was told someone would phone me. That never happened. On the 18 March I contacted Cell C to follow up on my application - I was in for a big surprise when I was told they have no record for my application. I then re-applied. Was told again someone will phone me. No call to date. I phoned again and was told my application was with the validation department and that it was rejected due to the fact that I was SELF-EMPLOYED, however it was re-submitted. I have been with Cell C for 10 years, some periods of which I was also self-employed, have 3 contracts and never ever been a day behind on payment. I have a clean record with ITC. I believe I have been more than patient with this taking into account we're talking about R45 p.m not a R600 p.m contract!
