Waiting for feedback since 28 March 2013.
On Thursday 28 March 2013 I contacted the Sales Agent by the name of Ozzy, regarding certain details on my insurance policy, he promised to give me feedback before 4.00pm that afternoon, up until today I have not heard from him, I then contacted the contact centre on the 4th April 2013 again, explained my situation and was told that they would give me feedback later that afternoon or Latest Monday, Today is Tuesday almost two weeks later and still no feedback, Is this the way Outsurance Bends Backwards... This is Pathetic service, this is not the first time ive experienced service like this from Outsurance, Makes me wonder what happens when a claim arises.
