Manager advises new phone and fails to delive

I have recently posted a complaint with regards to my cell phone being checked in for repairs & after 6 weeks I have still not received my phone. I am completely & totally disgusted at the fact that Cell C has failed to deliver yet again. Wednesday the 20/03/2013 I spoke to store manager Wesley from the Cell C Phoenix branch who advised me that Cell C had been unable to repair the phone and therefore the phone has been sent to Blackberry to be replaced. I then went to the store on Sunday the 24/03/2013 and was informed by the store consultant, Zayne, that they cannot replace the phone unless the technician decides so. So I had told Zayne to phone Wesley because as per our discussion I was informed that my phone cannot be fixed and therefore I will be receiving a new Blackberry Bold 9790. Zayne had phoned Wesley & said once more that they will motivate for me to get a new phone and cannot guarantee I will. When asked as to why I had been told I will receive a new phone, Zayne merely said he doesn't know. It has now been 6 weeks and I have still not received my phone. If Cell C does not rectify I am going to be taking legal action for breach of contract as it has passed 21 days.
