Not Impressed at ALL

BAD experience with Mr Price Home Retail Crossing yesterday. Firstly went to the store on the 9th of October to get my new Account card, they could not assist me as they said their systems are off but I think they were just to lazy to assist as it was 17:30, we then left and came back the next day. All staff including Clarence Nkosi could not assist with card application after i was told to come back the next day to get my card. Took an hour to solve our problem. No manager on duty for about a half hour! I asked Clarence to call head office as I assume they wont allow this bad service and she run circles around the subject and she has a very bad attitude with us. They cant receive emails, they cant print etc etc etc. It seemed like the staff didn't know much at all. Once the manager arrived eventually from who knows, she could assist us at last!!! It is such a great store but management and staff there should be looked at!! I will not be returning to that store soon if ever!
