I laid a complaint on the 13th of May to which Cell C representative Funiwe was supposed to assist and although it was a Hello Peter complaint, still did not bother to get back to me...
I want to thank Romano Steenkamp for the excellent service he has offered me whilst signing me up as a new client. Great service like this is rarely found these days and Romano can be a great leader in showing his fellow colleagues was great service is all about. Romano was knowledgeable and assisted me with porting my numbers effortlessly. Even with the minor hiccups along the way he went the extra mile to suggest possible solutions. Well done Romano and keep up the great work...
