Geewiz go all the way for customer satisfaction

I ordered a wifi 3G router from Ari at Geewiz and it was delivered promptly. When I installed it at home I found that neither of the two 3G dongles I had worked with the router. I contacted Ari and he graciously agreed to swap one of my dongles for a brand new one that he had, that he knew was compatible with the router.
The router worked great for a few months and then kept dropping the connection after doing a firmware update. This happened approximately 9 month after the original purchase date. When I contacted Geewiz I was once again amazed that they were immediately willing to replace the router. Unfortunately the new router I got had the same problem, but Geewiz came to the rescue a 3rd time, replacing the router with a more or less equivalent product made by a different manufacturer.
I now have reliable wifi connection at home. Thanks Geewiz! In my case your company name is very appropriate.
