Clawback on Contract

I am highly dissapointed in MTN and their pathetic service. I had two contracts with MTN of which one was fully paid but not cancelled but was handed over and also a new contract that resulted in being handed over due to fail payments as i was unemployed. I had since paid up the contracts with VVM and was sent an email as a notification of my fully paid account which was a major relief. I then called MTN to obtain a clearance letter only to my surprise to be informed by Kamohelo Mosia of a clawback amount of R699.50 still outstanding. I have never received a letter nor statement from MTN advising me of a 'clawback' amount and why am I told now that im requesting for my paid up letter from MTN? I had endless fights with VVM as after i paid my account with them they still had a decency to debit my bank account again. You are screwing people around by adding fees and coming up with jargon terms but i refuse to settle this amount and im assuming you will probably threaten me with letters and hand me over to VVM should this amount not be paid? I demand a call from you MTN and i have since emailed Complaits Dept but have not receive a response
