Neotel: Non-payment of credit due

I gave a months' notice of cancellation to Neotel in November 2012, with the last payment at the end of December 2012. Neotel never cancelled the contract and proceeded to debit my bank account at the end of January 2013. After several phone calls to Neotel's initial unknown person, Thabo, Nomathemba and Lerato since January I am told that the previous person I spoke to did not request the refund and it has now been done. The credit should have been due immediately, or at the end of February at least, now I'm told to wait till the end of April. I have no confidence in what Neotel confirms and I'm now spending money in phone calls and Internet charges to query why I have not been refunded and to make this complaint. Neotel's incompetent staff is causing me great frustration and being out of pocket! Please re-consider doing business with Neotel. One of the problems with service in this country is that businesses pay their staff little to nothing, and the people prepared to work for little to nothing, knows little to nothing!
