Bad feedback on origanal complaint

I launched a original complaint on the 6th of May regarding being misinformed when i upgraded my contract. A consultant did call me on the following Monday just before 12 oclock. I told him specifically that i have meetings at 12 on a Monday. He said he will call me later. He did not contact me the whole week, and by change he called me again at 12 on the following Monday, knowing very well i will be in a meeting. I ask him to give me his details to call back, but he did not want to give it to me. I ask him to call me again at 2. He called me at 2.45, and i was busy with a client again. It is so clear that vodacom wants to dodge this matter by calling me at specific times they know i cant answer my phone, covering themselves and hoping the complaint will disappear. They know they were wrong, but i want this matter resolved asap, or i want my contract cancelled asap. Their choice
