8 months later still no refund

It's quite annoying that after 8 months of calling, emailing no refund after being promised in August 12... On 7 June 12 I visited your glen branch and requested a dual micro sim card to be linked with the currently 3G card, I was informed by rudolf that it would take up to 24 hrs for activation.By the 10 June nothing was done I called the call centre who informed me that no documentation was received from the branch. The lady then proceed to fix the problem and informed that they micro sim has now been activated and I would pay an addition 9 on top of the 99.00 for the 3G.By the time we received a bill we had been charged R1, 700 excluding vat. Distressed I immediately contact everyone to assist. I eventually found out that rudolf never processed documentation and head office made an error. Eventually by August I received a call from accountant and an email from the branch to say they where going to refund til date nothing. The cellphone in question is not the no I have provided please can you help me... My dad doesn't speak English too well, we both are due for upgrades but won't do so until its sorted.
