Customer Assist not reliable

I applied for a consolidation loan on the 6th February 2013 and it took about two months for the customer assist to notify me about the approval of my application. In less than five days afterwards I received a call from the guy by the name Bongani who told me he was going to draft a contract and email it to the nearest branch (Alberton). He also said the branch would call me within ten working days to bring the required documents to sign the contract. Ten working days expired and I haven't receive any call from the branch. I phoned several times to find out why the contract had not been sent to the branch, but I haven't got the satisfactory response.
