Firstly losing ALL completed forms for change of person on contract (over 3 times)
then adjusting service back to factory settings

call to re-activate international roaming, only to be told to place a R5k deposit.
been with Vodacom for so many years, never missed 1 payment, then have this

MTN here i come as Vodacom focus on new clients opposed to existing clients for have supported them for so many years!!!

and then i hear, nothing we can do about it sir, hope i assisted you!!!
