And again Vodacom show how pathetic their service is. When i opened an account with Vodacom last year at Waterstone Village i was told to activate Roaming all i have to do is phone and they will fax me a form... not once did they mention you need a R5000 deposit. I have had roaming with MTN for 15 years. I only ever phone the 3 or 4 friends i have on birthdays and special occasions! And then to be told it is becasue of my credit rating, when i have never missed a payment on any account EVER! Absolutely pathetic service, cant wait for this contract to end! Should never have left MTN. Beware of Vodacom promises... they all a bunch of!
