Quick and excellent support

I had a problem with not being able to login to my account, and once that was fixed, my throughput was slow.

I just want to thank Openweb and Leon in particular for helping me on a Public holiday (and in the wee hours of the morning) to fix both issues.

Speeds are great and support is quick. Could not ask for more from an ISP.
