18 iPhone 5 on Cell C network must say it all

In March we started complaining about the 18 iPhone contracts that we took out on the advice from Neville and to date the problem is still not resolved and he just passes the bug all the time...

18 iPhone 5's on their network can't be wrong - please help..! here is a shortened version of the complaint sent through to him on the 15th of April 2013...:

While reading your email from the bottom to the top, I realized that the message of the exact problem has definitely not dawn on CellC...

Let me try and make it very simple..:

We have 7 addresses from where our business operates with permanent staff members and then 9 tankers that drives on various routes in KZN, Freestate, Gateneg, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.

The addresses where we have people permanently based are as follows:
Address 1 (I can confirm that the repaeater that your technicians have installed here solved our problem at this address)

Address 2 (I can confirm that the signal is as bad as 7 Sparrowhawk used to be before the repeater was installed - signal very bad)

Address 3 (Repeater installed, but problem is not resolved)
