What is it with Vodacom store owners/managers, They are rude and unhelpful,
I renewed my contract at Vodacom Pavilion about 6 weeks ago. I upgraded to a smart phone - Samsung Galaxy and have had problems working the phone ever since. I went from pillar to post in the hope that someone would hear me and swap the phone for a Nokia but no luck. Because the Samsung is not faulty no one is interested. I suppose the bottom line is that I am too stupid for a smart phone. The next step will have to be to get help from Samsung, hope they care about customer satisfaction.
