Regret upgrading and staying with Vodacom

I just want to firstly say that I now regret upgrading my phone and staying with Vodacom. In the last two months, I have never felt so angry, frustrated and so poorly treated in all my life. I upgraded to a Samsung in May of this year, a Samsung X Cover smart phone. After a month of having the phone, I noticed a few problems but at that stage i was so busy and in desperate need of my phone that the problems then didn't warrant the mind numbing experience I would have at Vodacom Customer care so i left it. In July the problems got worse, not charging, freezing, dropping calls after exactly a minute and not picking up reception. This went on and off for a while until sometime in Oct I took my phone into Vodacom in Pietermaritzburg. To cut a long story short, its December and I am still without my phone. It has been backwards and forwards to ARC 4 times and still NO JOY!!! I refuse to take this phone back, nor will I accept a new X Cover phone, this phone is a dud, hence Samsung changed it to the S4 active. I know of 3 other X Cover phones that all had the same problems and all those people now have different phones.
