My Business Cell phone contract is ceased!!!

I took out a Smart contract 3 IPhone 5 package in January 2013 porting my MTN number (which I had for 6 years), I was not aware that the contract was per minute billing, when I received my first bill and realized that the charges were per minute I Immediately contacted the call center and informed them that I would like to change my contract to a per second billing contract as my bills were too high, I was asked to go to the store and they would be able to do the migration for me, after several trips and emails to the store eventually I get a call from Roselyn Witbooi a consultant with 8ta who then contacted a person by the name of Jerome from Durban who said that he would be able to cancel my contract and re-activate my number onto a new contract and this will be done immediately so I will not have any down time as my number is a business line and I could not afford to be without my number - 8 weeks later from my original complaint/request I have now been sitting in the Telkom/8ta store in Sandton city for the last 4 hours waiting for my crucial business line to be restored after being disconnected by 8ta yesterday-my clients can't contact me and I am losing business every minute
