Uncapped MTN Off more than its on

The past week my uncapped internet is not responding and if it does only for a few hours after which it disconnects again and I have to reset the modem. I'm paying for an always on internet and if it's not on I'm not getting what I paid for meaning a breach of contract between us as you are not delivering the goods that I am paying for. What is the problem with the connection in Bloemfontein as I'm hearing the same thing is happening to a friend of mine
