UNCAPPED BUT SOFTCAPPED

I pay for a uncapped wireless internet, when i reach 50gb they softcapp me. i cant use skype, youtube or any app tthat use bandwith,

They DOUBLE BILL me and i cant get my money from them, they dont care.
Barry doesnot reply to emails and calling him is a waste of airtime.

i use the internet for my survival, i work hard to pay for my internet in order to have uncapped,

when at their offices it is cleart that i am not the only client with problems with the company,

talking nice does not work, their "UNCAPPED" internet is a 50gb data package not uncapped,
it reads clearly on the advertisement and contract uncapped 1mbps line,

they dont want to fix the problem rather they THREATEN ME by terminating my service.
alll i want is what i pay for my uncapped internet.
