MTN cannot supply a data sim card from Parktown

I have been visiting the MTN new Parktown branch for 2 months now, requesting a data simcard for my Samsung galaxy notebook. I am just told that they have not received them... no initiative, no apology, no nothing. The 2 women in the shop are surly, disinterested and don't really give a about anything.
I tried phoning MTN to lodge a complaint.
I have now given up after making 11 phone calls and having been cut off 11 times - I had requested to be transferred to the MD or the Complaints department.
I am a longstanding MTN subscriber and went to their outlet because MTN have my RICA and it would be easier to purchase the simcard from them.
I intend cancelling my connections with MTN once my contract has expired and find another service provider.
They are worse than useless and I cannot believe that such a large company can care so little.
