Need to use data simcard

I used to have a data simcard on contract when contract expired, the sim card should still be available and ac tive I have the sim card as well as the 3G dongle to use but I have spent hours and hours on the phone and have been unable to get anyone to listen to me.

I have the sim card device number and I also have the device imei number can someone please contact me!
