SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!

I complete an online application on the 13th of March, i was pre-approved and the sales representative informed me that the phone will be delivered within 7 days. Needless to say i did not receive any reference number from the sales person. I have tried calling 084 140/ 084 145/ 084 174 7400 either you have to hold on for 2 hours or you get transferred from one department to the other seeing as there is not one person in the whole cell c whom can assist you. How do you want to move forward if you cant assist your clients??? Can someone please just let me know what is happening.
