TERRIBLE service and no one will help

On the 25th of September I applied online for a contract from Telkom Mobile for a tablet. The following day I receive a call from the sales department and the gentleman does a long application process after which I am told that I have been approved and can await delivery.

The following week, no money has come off my account and not a peep about delivery. I phone to inquire and am told that I don't exist on the system. I get told to phone their 3rd party handlers (Cell Direct) and they in turn tell me to phone Telkom again. No help from anyone!

I DM Telkom Mobile on Twitter asking for help and it takes multiple DMs before a sales person phones me. Which was just now. The sales person tells me that she can see that the application process has been done with me already so the system won't let her do it again.

Now I've been shunted to a store where they must either tell me if I'm on the system or do the application process with me again.

What the is point of having an online service if you can't provide said service? Disgusting service. Incompetent staff. Ridiculous customer service. ALL I WANT IS THE TABLET I'VE BEEN APPROVED FOR!
