Completely disgraceful for a corporate division

Called in to apply for a new contract on my business name, last week thursday. was transferred to about 4 different departments and no1 could help me. eventually i managed to get through to someone who was able to assist me. he emailed me a needs analysis form and that was the last i heard from them. i did however get a reply to me email saying that they did receive the form. this is my business line and i cant afford to be without it. especially while i am trying to move from mtn to cell c. today again i tried caling and after spending about 2 hours on the phone trying to find someone who is able to assist me i still have not succeeded. i am now seriously reconsidering moving my number to cell c. the level of service is totally pathetic. i have not come across a company whos staff are not even trained to transfer you to the correct department let alone get someone from that department to contact you. again, this is my business line and this was supposed to be the first of many to move to cell c. completely unacceptable
