Cell C
Cell C but NO Service and NO Reseption - so why?

We have a cell C phone as well as internet contract. All was well until a few months ago and now have absolutely NO reception in our area. We have contacted Cell C, completed all the forms they want us to complete, sent them on 3 seperate occasions - NO RESPONSE. We try calling them and they give us NO assistance at all. We go through to the Cresta branch to try and sort it out in person... only to be told by the sales person that they cannot assist, if we want to cancel we must pay R4000 and then they will see... so, before any of you try go into a contract with this company think very carefully. They may claim to be several things but service is one thing they cannot supply... poor reception, poor after sales service, poor service delivery, poor signal... just overall shocking and very dissappointing company to be involved in...
