Howard did an online application for me on a 1GB #G sim card contract which I specifically stated it be a 12 month contract. He loaded it as 24 months after finding out from the cutomer care side of cell c as when I was delivered the sim card there was no contract in the box expelining the terms and conditions. After contacting Howard whom apparently was the only person to correct this, he promised to change it and email me my contract, which I have now waited for 5 weeks. His service is pathetic and so is every other agent I spoke to in Direct Sales, as they all told me they will get him to call me and sort out the mess, nobody took it onto themselves to assist me while he is busy on calls. Howard I find out is now resigned and this if after waiting 1000 hours before calling back myself and wasting my airtime as I have a vodacom cell phone and the 084 145 number is onyl free from a cell c phone which I dont have, costing amounting to R500 i have incurred in calls to 084 145. Cell C is the worst ever, Will stick to Vodacom evn if they had to charge me more.
