Cell c consultents gets paid to ignore clients

My contracts phones was delivered to my door step at first I was very impressed with the service but things took a turn for the worst as the sales person took my wrong acount details! So my acount went into a rears as I was not aware of this at that point in time when I git informed about this I made my payments and more I was declined a new line and phoned the legal department where by I got disrespected and put on hold for over an hour and then got disconnected so need I ask myself is this how cell c values a client? When the first mistake was made by a sales person and now I get told nothing can be done and drop the phone in my ear but thank you CELL C I will be sure to recomend a divenent provider to all my friends and famaly so that they don't need to get treated like animals.
